Before you choose.
Is the Free plan free forever?
Yes. The meeting agent's notes, action items, and transcripts stay free with no end date. The company gets 1,200 meeting minutes a month, for up to 10 people.
What counts as a meeting minute?
On the Free plan, each minute Atlas is in a call counts. A 30-minute meeting uses 30 minutes, however many people attend. The count starts again on the 1st of each month, and a call that has started always runs to the end. Team and Scale ups have no limit.
What does Team add?
Goals, the daily brief, and a meeting agent that answers in the call from your systems and confirms who owes what before it ends. Team has no limit on meeting minutes or people. All three work from what the company connects, so each one knows what the others know.
Who counts toward the Team price?
Nobody. One price covers the company, however many of you there are.
Is it really only $99?
Yes, for now. $99 is a launch price, and the offer ends on October 31, 2026. We may extend it to the end of 2026, but the price will most likely change. We are an early-stage startup from the AI House in Seattle, WA. We keep the price low to get feedback, see how companies use Atlas, and make it better.
When does a company need Scale ups?
When the company wants Atlas to take on recurring work. Scale ups adds agents that find work to automate, custom sources and integrations, and reports that write themselves. An assigned success manager and a forward-deployed engineer set it up with you.
What happens when the trial ends?
The company moves to the Free plan. Atlas keeps joining meetings and taking notes, up to 1,200 minutes a month, and the notes, transcripts, and tasks stay. Goals, the daily brief, and answers in the call stop. Subscribing to Team brings them back.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings, under Billing.
